How Princess Diana might have looked like today: AI artist’s reveal stirs debate

Princess Diana would have celebrated her 63rd birthday on 1 July 2024. Sadly, her life was tragically cut short nearly 27 years ago. A Turkish artist has created an image using artificial intelligence to show how the "queen of hearts" might look today. See for yourself.

Despite the passing years, Princess Diana still holds a special place in the hearts of fans of the British royal family. The first wife of King Charles III left a lasting mark on the history of the crown as the "queen of hearts". Tragically, the mother of William and Harry died prematurely from injuries she sustained in a car accident.

The tragic death of the princess is one of the most talked-about road accidents in history. On the last day of August 1997, Princess Diana and her partner, Dodi Al-Fayed, tried to escape from the paparazzi. Their car hit a concrete pillar in a tunnel, and the then 36-year-old princess died a few hours later in hospital. The premature death of the "queen of hearts" caused enormous grief worldwide. However, the memory of Charles's first wife is still very much alive.

How would Princess Diana look today?

Many people probably wonder how Princess Diana would look today, as she would have celebrated her 63rd birthday on 1 July 2024. However, artificial intelligence has come to the rescue, and it has already been used many times by fans of the British royal family. Thanks to it, it was possible to generate, among other things, a portrait showing the future appearance of Princess Charlotte and a picture showing how Princess Diana might look today.

The author of the surprising visualisation showing the possible current appearance of the "queen of hearts" is the Turkish photographer Alper Yesiltas, who published this work on his profile on social media. The portrait of around 60-year-old Diana Spencer, generated by artificial intelligence, caused quite a stir, not only among fans of the British royal family.

She would still be just as beautiful and graceful as ever; She will always be beautiful in my eyes; She is still just as beautiful as on the day of her death; She will forever remain the most beautiful woman - fans exclaimed.

However, not everyone liked the photographer's work. Many comments suggested that Diana looked too old. According to many internet users, her age in the portrait suggests she might already be in her eighties.

She looks too old!; She looks eighty in this picture; I'm the same age as her, and in this picture, she looks nearly 80; I have a daughter who is the same age, and my daughter hasn’t aged like this. I don’t like it! - they wrote.

See for yourselves!
