Creativity in the kitchen is crucial for transforming a simple lunch into a spooky dish befitting the holiday's theme. Children love pasta and tomato sauce, and with spirulina, this can become a swamp monster’s meal or a decaying bride's feast. It's delicious, straightforward to prepare, and nutritious.
What is spirulina?
Spirulina is a blue-green algae rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. It is regarded as one of the most nutritious ingredients in a diet and adds an appealing colour to food. Spirulina contains B vitamins, vitamin E, iron, magnesium, zinc, and beta-carotene. It is also abundant in antioxidants, which protect cells from damage by free radicals. Consequently, it enhances visual appeal and adds a healthy variety to your diet.
