A German police officer dancing to the rhythm of Albanian music? During Euro 2024, anything is possible. A unique video has surfaced on the internet showing Albanian fans celebrating just before their match against Croatia (2:2). They even got a police officer to dance, who eagerly started to celebrate with the fans in Hamburg.

Looking at what is happening on the streets of German cities, it's hard to resist the impression that the excitement is not just on the pitch. The football emotions are affecting the fans, leading to fights and clashes. But there are also scenes like this...

A short video appeared on the X platform, capturing Albanian fans celebrating on the streets of Hamburg. The atmosphere was so wonderful that the fans managed to get even German police officers - both a woman and a man - to dance. The officers swayed to the music for a moment, holding an Albanian flag.

It's no wonder that phones were quickly pulled out, and at least a dozen fans started recording this surprising dance.

Euro 2024. Albania drew with Croatia

Albanian fans are happy because the footballers delivered a lot of excitement today. A lot was happening in the match against Croatia. Both teams lost their first matches and both had something to prove. Ultimately, fans saw as many as four goals at the Volksparkstadion.

The Albanians performed well in the first half of the match and took the lead in the 11th minute. The Croatians equalized in the 74th minute but quickly took the lead again due to an own goal credited to Klaus Gjasula. However, he redeemed himself and secured a draw for his team against Croatia. The match ended with the score 2:2.

Earlier, social media was flooded with a video featuring Turkish fans. They gathered under the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund, where they danced and sang, playing flutes and drums. They were hard to miss and hard not to hear; however, German police officers did not join the fun this time.
