Biden makes a decision

USA President Joe Biden has announced his decision regarding the presidential elections. He declared that he is withdrawing from seeking re-election. "I believe that in the best interest of my party and country, I should step aside," Biden stated on Sunday evening.

For several days, the media reported that Joe Biden was set to withdraw from re-election this weekend. This was reportedly due to the immense pressure that had " become unbearable," according to the American portal Axios.

81-year-old Joe Biden secured 99 percent support from delegates in the Democratic primaries. Over 35 members of Congress called on him to withdraw from running, but he has ignored their appeals until now.
