Recipe for soup with 40 cloves of garlic

Ingredients:
- 40 cloves of garlic,
- 3 large potatoes,
- 1 medium onion,
- 70 ml of olive oil,
- 900 ml of vegetable broth,
- juice of half a lemon,
- fresh rosemary (optional),

Preparation:
- First, thoroughly peel all the garlic cloves.
