Fire devastates critical rocket technology facility in Yekaterinburg
Approximately 1,000 square metres were engulfed in fire in Yekaterinburg, Russia. A part of the building where control systems and radio-electronic equipment for rocket technology are produced is burning.

A fire broke out in one of the buildings of the Scientific-Production Association "Avtomatiki" in Yekaterinburg, engulfing about 1,000 square metres.
In this building, tiles and microchips are produced, which are used to create control systems for Soyuz-2 rockets.
Huge fire in Russia, part of the building collapsed
NPO Avtomatiki specialises in developing and producing control systems and radio-electronic equipment for rocket and space technology and various industrial sectors.
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the workshop's 500-square-metre roof had already collapsed. The RBC-Ukraine portal relayed this information.
Pungent, toxic fumes are rising in the city. Plumes of smoke are visible from across Yekaterinburg.
Ukrainian forces hit an oil base
Earlier, the Ukrainian Defence Forces reported that they struck an oil depot in Kursk, Russia, on Monday evening. According to intelligence reports, a fire broke out at the facility.
