The iconic trio of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May is set to bid farewell to their roles on "The Grand Tour," with the final episode airing on 13 September. This marks the end of an era for fans of the beloved presenters, though the show itself is expected to continue with new hosts. As Hammond hints at a fresh chapter for the series, the question remains whether the new faces can fill the void left by the original trio, whose chemistry has defined motoring television for years.

The latest episode of "The Grand Tour" with Hammond, May, and Clarkson will be released on 13 September. It's the end of an era, although—as Richard Hammond claims—not the end of the show itself.

It has been known for some time that the iconic trio is parting ways with "The Grand Tour." On 13 September, the final farewell episode of the show with British presenters will be aired. However, Amazon plans to continue the show in the future.

"It will be carrying on. The Grand Tour continues," says Richard Hammond in a "Metro" magazine interview. "We're stepping away as the hosts, but Prime will be continuing it," he adds.

It is currently unknown who Amazon specifically plans to replace the legendary presenters with. However, it is known that it won't be easy. It is worth noting that it was similar to "Top Gear," in which other hosts replaced May, Hammond, and Clarkson.

Unfortunately, the new version of the show didn't enjoy the same popularity as the original, to the extent that the BBC finally decided to take the programme off the air.
