Apple roll from puff pastry
Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry,
- 2 sweet apples,
- 3 tablespoons of sugar,
- cinnamon.
How to prepare:
- Peel the apples, wash and cut into thin slices.
- Roll out the puff pastry. Place the fruit on it and sprinkle with half of the sugar and cinnamon. Roll up quite tightly.
- Now cut it into pieces, let's say, about 2 cm thick. Place each piece on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the top with the remaining spices. Place in an oven preheated to about 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes. Carefully remove, wait for the rolls to cool down, and it's ready. Bon appétit!
