According to the "Main Post," one way to assess an attractive salary is by comparing it with the average net earnings in Germany. Data from Statista, based on research by the Frauenhofer Institute, indicates that in 2023, the typical annual net income for single employees without children was 27,416 euros (22,833 pounds), which translates to approximately 2,284 euros (1,902 pounds) net per month.

  • higher earnings: 2,805-4,673 euros (2,336-3,892 pounds)net,
  • relatively high incomes: above 4,673 euros (3,893 pounds) net.

It should be noted that the level of net remuneration also depends on factors such as standard industry wages, region, and professional experience.
