Car bomb attack in Moscow injures high-ranking Russian officer

ASTRA on the Telegram platform cites eyewitness accounts of the explosion, indicating that Andrei Torgashev "had his legs blown off."
The report indicates that the explosive device detonated as the soldier was getting into the car - reads the unian.ua portal.
Preliminary findings indicate that the Russian officer was accompanied by his wife. She was also injured.
The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs claims that the cause of the car explosion was the detonation of an explosive device previously installed in it.

Earlier - in June - in the Rostov region, the car of the chief of staff of a military unit was blown up. It is believed that an improvised explosive device was planted in the car.
