Buttermilk cake is the quintessence of grandma's afternoon snack. It is fluffy and sweet, and the delicious crumble has a pleasant crunch. Preparing it is a piece of cake, and the smell of the cake rising in the oven will make everyone dream of having a piece.

Buttermilk cake with fruits is one of those baked goods that always comes out well and tastes exquisite. Its delicate, fluffy texture pairs perfectly with juicy fruits. It is a year-round dessert because you can swap out the fruits depending on the season. Raspberries, strawberries, currants, blueberries, apples, or plums will work well. This cake never gets boring.

The addition of buttermilk makes the cake fluffy and soft. Furthermore, it does not dry out quickly and stays fresh longer. However, it is so tasty that it won't last long.
