Buttermilk cake with fruits

Ingredients:
- 3 cups (360g) of all-purpose flour,
- 1/2 cup (100g) of sugar,
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 3 eggs,
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of vegetable oil,
- 1 cup (240ml) of buttermilk.
Fruits:
- 300g of plums.
Crumble:
- 100g of butter,
- 100g of sugar,
- 150g of all-purpose flour.
Instructions:
Step 1. Start with the crumble. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the melted butter and sugar, and knead the crumble. Put it in the refrigerator.
Step 2. Move on to the cake. Pour the flour, sugar, and baking powder into a large bowl and mix.
Step 3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and buttermilk. Mix thoroughly and pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Step 4. Transfer the resulting batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange quartered plums on top and sprinkle with the crumble. Put it in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 5. After it cools down, the cake is ready to eat. Enjoy!
