For 25 years, the British brand has been synonymous with V12 engines in its flagship models, engines that are revered as masterpieces in the automotive realm. As we navigate through the age of widespread electromobility, Aston Martin's authorities have determined the future of this magnificent engine.

Leaders at Aston Martin have made the brilliant decision not only to continue the V12 engine in their premier models but also to introduce an entirely new one. Moving forward, beneath the hoods of their leading models will be an engine boasting 835 hp and a robust torque of about 738 lb-ft. It's undeniable that such figures are bound to captivate the imagination of every combustion engine enthusiast. These impressive stats were achieved by fortifying the cylinder block and connecting rods, revamping the cylinder heads, and incorporating new intake and exhaust ports. New turbochargers with higher speeds and reduced inertia have been added, enhancing performance and quickening throttle response.

At a time when Audi is discontinuing the revered V10 engine, and many manufacturers are moving away from such large units, Aston Martin's commitment to the V12 engine is thrilling news for enthusiasts of powerful and melodious "V" configuration engines. Roberto Fedeli, the head of Aston Martin's technical department, said: "The V12 engine has always represented power and prestige, as well as a testament to engineering dedication and technical sophistication. With 835 hp and about 738 lb-ft torque, this unparalleled engine marks the dawn of an extraordinary new V12 era for Aston Martin." This kind of passion is truly commendable.
