Some people meticulously prepare lists of items to bring, while others take a more spontaneous approach, tossing random items into their bags. However, there is one way to transport clothes clean and undamaged.

How to pack for a trip?

Packing can be tricky, especially if you plan to travel to places with variable weather. It's a real challenge to fit everything in your suitcase – clothes, underwear, beach gear, and even a small first aid kit. To avoid overpacking, it's worth using a few tricks that make packing easier.

Rolling T-shirts instead of folding them saves a lot of space, and transferring toiletries into smaller containers is also very practical. Putting medicines into small containers instead of taking an entire pharmacy with you is a good idea. Book lovers might consider taking small, pocket-sized editions or an e-reader instead of large books.

Why a shower cap in the suitcase?

What should you do when you want to bring extra shoes but are worried they might dirty the rest of your luggage? A flight attendant revealed a tip that can help. You should have shower caps. Putting the soles of your shoes inside a shower cap will protect your clothes from getting dirty. If you don't have a shower cap, a regular plastic bag will work just as well. This trick is also helpful for transporting liquid toiletries that might spill – placing them in a shower cap or plastic bag will protect the rest of the suitcase's contents from any potential leaks.
