How to prepare zucchini roll?
Preparing a zucchini roll is extremely easy and consists of three stages:
- Preparing the zucchini cake: Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper, mix well, and spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
- You are preparing the stuffing: Sauté onions and mushrooms in a pan. Add salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs. Let the stuffing cool.
- Forming the roll: Take the zucchini cake out of the oven and spread it with the stuffing. Roll it up and cut it into pieces.
