Russia can be stopped if our partners have enough political will, declared Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday after another massive Russian missile attack on Kyiv. The head of the Foreign Ministry, Dmytro Kuleba, appealed to the US Congress to unlock support for Ukraine.

Zelensky, in his message published on the Telegram platform, emphasized that international unity is crucial to stop the Russian aggressor.

- International unity can stop this terror by supporting us with air defense systems. Russian terrorists don't have missiles that could evade Patriots and other leading global systems, declared Zelensky.

The President of Ukraine stressed that the need for defense is urgent and spans the entire country - from Kyiv to Kharkiv, from Sumy to Kherson, and from Odesa to the Donetsk region. He expressed his belief that this is achievable if only international partners show enough political will.

"Terror always loses"

Zelensky also called for showing Russia that terror always loses and that it must accept normal life in Ukraine.

- We must show that terror always loses. We must show Russia that it will have to reconcile with normal life in Ukraine. We need the support of partners. And I am grateful to those who actually help, said Zelensky.

The head of diplomacy appeals for help

Dmytro Kuleba, the head of Ukrainian diplomacy, appealed to the US Congress for unlocking aid for Ukraine.

- Last night, while people were sleeping, Kyiv was again attacked by missiles. More than 30 missiles were shot down, and falling debris injured more than 10 people. I appeal to the US Congress to unlock aid for Ukraine, to save human lives, defend freedom, and defeat Russian terror, wrote Kuleba on his X profile.

Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv military city administration, reported that air defense shot down about 30 missiles, including ballistic ones, over the city and its surroundings. - After a pause that lasted approximately 44 days, the enemy carried out another missile attack on Kyiv. The enemy used maneuvering missiles Kh-101, Kh-555, and Kh-55, which were launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers, and ballistic missiles from within the territory of the Russian Federation, conveyed Popko.
