In such cases, it's good to have a tested recipe for a tasty meal that is not too complicated and doesn't require a long list of ingredients.
Speaking of such solutions, amazing meat bowls based on ground turkey will be perfect. You can fill them to the brim with egg and cream filling. But that's not the end of the good news because feta and tomato will be the perfect addition to this case. It's hard to stay indifferent to such a flavour combination.
Ingredients:
Bowls:
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1/3 of a red onion,
- 500 grams of ground turkey meat,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Filling:
- 3 eggs,
- 80 grams of 18% cream,
- seasonings: salt and pepper,
- 60 grams of feta,
- 1 tomato.
How to prepare:
Step 1. I started working on the recipe by chopping fresh parsley, peeled garlic cloves, and red onion.
Step 2. I transfer the chopped ingredients to a bowl with ground turkey meat. After a moment, I also add tomato paste and salt. I mix the ingredients thoroughly with my hands to create the perfect flavour combination.
Step 3. Then, I divide the mixture into smaller portions and transfer them to ramekins in such a way as to obtain a bowl form.
Step 4. It's time for the filling. To prepare it, I combine raw eggs, cream, pepper, and salt with a whisk.
Step 5. I transfer the meat-filled ramekins to a larger dish, add crumbled feta to each dish, and do not forget about the egg mixture.
Step 6. I added tomato slices as the last ingredient of the edible construction. I then placed the prepared moulds in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 7. I sprinkle the ready bowls with fresh chives. And that's it, enjoy your meal!
