The actor's post can be seen as a considerate gesture towards all the people who contributed to the car series. And let's not forget, working with Vin Diesel wasn't always a walk in the park. "Thank you for being the cornerstone of this worldwide saga, because it's thanks to you that it transcends the screen. (...) I recall countless moments when your enthusiasm and passion guided our creative journey. Your commitment has made a distinct impact on the saga's success and evolution."- wrote the actor.
"The upcoming grand finale will not just be an ending, it will be a celebration of the beautiful family we've built together" - concludes Diesel.
Two-faced star?
Everything seems fine, nonetheless, a journalist from "Fandomwire" pointed out Vin Diesel's duplicitous behaviour prior to this: "Before the premiere, he claims in interviews that the cast on set, just like in the movies, is akin to a single big family. Yet, he finds it hard to refrain from making disparaging remarks about other 'Fast and Furious' stars, especially those who outshine him in the film."
Let's recall that after the premiere of the series' tenth part, Diesel publicly accused Momoa of... elevating the quality of production, which led to poor reviews and sluggish sales in the States. He also found it hard to stop himself from making derogatory comments about Dwayne Johnson.
