US House approves £49 billion aid for Ukraine, sparking Kremlin anger
On Saturday, the US House of Representatives voted for the long-awaited aid package for Ukraine, amounting to £49 billion, including assistance for Israel and Taiwan. Moscow has already reacted, warning that "it will exacerbate the global crisis".

The vast majority of the amount will be allocated to replenish American military stocks, which will enable Ukraine to receive a greater quantity and purchase new weapons and ammunition from American defence companies.
- It will further enrich the United States of America and ruin Ukraine even more by killing even more Ukrainians because of the Kyiv regime – said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov in remarks conveyed by Russian state news agencies. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova also immediately reacted.
"The US's military aid to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan will only exacerbate the global crisis," she announced on the Telegram app. She labelled the aid for Kyiv as "direct support for terrorist activities" and criticized the support for Taiwan as "interference in China's internal affairs
"The elites in the United States, regardless of party affiliation, are ready to pump the regime in Kyiv with weapons, to fight to the last Ukrainian" - stated. She also added that attempts to save the "Zelensky regime" are doomed to fail. "The goals of the special operation will be achieved" - she wrote.
"The United States is engaged in the banal theft of Russian assets, as a result, Kyiv continues terrorist attacks on the Russian Federation" – it is also stated in the post.
