As adults, we often face the issue of daily meal and breakfast planning. Preparing complex, time-consuming dishes isn't always appealing, and spending many hours standing by the stove is unattractive. On top of that, monotony isn't a solution either — eventually, we might find ourselves bored with any dish. Fortunately, some recipes allow us to prepare tasty meals quickly and easily.

One such dish is Turkish eggs. They offer a delicious and beautifully presented alternative to classic scrambled or fried eggs. Try them once, and you'll realize you've discovered your new favorite breakfast!

  • 2 tablespoons of butter,

Method:

  1. To start, prepare the sauce. Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, then add garlic to it, crushed with a press. Also, add the lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and chill them in the refrigerator.
  2. Then, combine water in a saucepan with two tablespoons of apple vinegar. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat. Once you observe the water starting to boil, stir energetically before pouring in an egg.
  3. Wait a moment until the egg white envelops the yolk. After a few moments, the egg will coagulate. Use a slotted spoon to remove it.
  4. Melt the butter and sauté the spices in it, and at the very end, add the dill and parsley.
  5. Distribute the sauce on a plate, arrange the eggs on top, and drizzle over the herb and spice-infused butter. Serve the Turkish eggs with fresh bread. They're most delicious that way.
