On Sunday at dawn in the Belgorod Oblast, an alert was announced. Ukrainian journalist Andrij Tsaplienko shared a video from Belgorod on his Telegram channel. In the video, one can hear the sound of an alarm siren echoing through the Russian city.
Meanwhile, in the Kursk Oblast in the European part of Russia, a fire broke out at a fuel storage facility. Regional authorities stated that the cause was an attack by a Ukrainian drone - Reuters reported on Sunday. Additionally, it was reported about the shelling of the village Kulbaki. In one of the houses in the area, a fire led to the death of a woman. Ukraine has not commented on these reports.
Furthermore, at night in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, a significant fire erupted. A gas pipeline exploded. Videos surfaced online, depicting a towering pillar of fire and clouds of smoke near the facility.

In recent months, there has been a noticeable increase in drone strikes on military, industrial, and technological targets in Russia.
The British Ministry of Defence stated on Saturday that due to the numerous drone attacks by Ukrainians on Russian refineries, Russia's capacity to refine oil has been temporarily limited.
