Tyson strikes Paul at weigh-in; tension soars ahead of the fight

During the last face-to-face meeting before the boxing ring encounter, Mike Tyson struck Jake Paul. The legendary boxer reacted angrily after the YouTuber stepped on his toe.

A video is circulating online showing Mike Tyson hitting Jake Paul. The incident took place during their final face-to-face meeting prior to the boxing match.

In doing so, Tyson allowed Paul to provoke him. Jake is known for his ability to unsettle his opponents.

Talking's over, said Tyson after the incident.

Paul, for his part, declared that he "didn't even feel" the punch.

I didn't even feel it. He's angry. He's an angry little elf, he added.

During the weigh-in, Jake Paul, who will be competing in the heavyweight category for the first time, registered around 103 kg. In Mike Tyson's case, it was 103 kg as well.

The fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will take place on the night of 15 to 16 November 2024 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Jake Paul has won his last four fights. His most recent fight was in July this year, when he knocked out Mike Perry.

The 58-year-old Mike Tyson last appeared in front of the public during an exhibition match. At a boxing event in November 2020, he drew with another boxing legend, Roy Jones Jr., by a split decision.
