At a time when MTV was at the forefront of entertainment television, it aired a show called "I Want a Famous Face". In one episode, the Schlepp brothers embarked on their quest to morph into Brad Pitt, undergoing various plastic surgeries to mirror the renowned actor's looks.

In celebrity culture, Brad Pitt is a pinnacle of male attractiveness, making him an evident choice for the Schlepp brothers’ transformation. As "The Sun" reports, the twosome invested around 15,000 pounds of their funds into the endeavour without MTV's financial assistance.

Their transformation included cheek and chin implants, rhinoplasty, dental work, and hair styling. The procedures were painful and required a protracted recovery period during which the brothers had to subsist on pureed food. Despite the discomfort, they were thrilled with the outcome.

Mike and Matt reported that their new appearances boosted their confidence and attracted more interest from women. They have publicly celebrated their decision.

The Schlepp brothers aspired for a breakthrough in Hollywood, believing their dramatic transformation would open many doors. Nonetheless, they faced significant backlash for their drastic choices.
