Trump's Prairie du Chien rally derailed by unexpected fly incident
During a rally in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, Donald Trump's attention was captured by... a fly. Equally notable were the former president's sudden outburst and exceptionally offensive comments directed at his rival in the upcoming U.S. presidential elections, Kamala Harris.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump surprised his supporters at a rally in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, on Saturday. During a heated monologue about illegal immigration, he unexpectedly distracted the audience due to a fly that landed on his podium.
Oh, there's a fly, Trump said. I wonder where the fly came from? he asked, to which one of the attendees shouted: "Kamala!" referring to Kamala Harris.
In response, Trump said indignantly, "See, two years ago, I wouldn’t have had a fly up here. You're changing rapidly. We can't take it any longer."
It was unclear to whom or what Trump was specifically referring.
The internet quickly reacted to this unexpected incident. Katie Phang, host on MSNBC and legal analyst, commented: This is not normal.
American Bridge 21st Century, a group holding Republicans accountable, stated that Trump is exhausted and struggling to stay on track. He begins a story about a hat, but gets distracted by a fly and never finishes.
Many netizens compared this incident to the situation in 2020 when a fly landed on then-Vice President Mike Pence's head during a debate with Harris.
Trump’s obnoxious words directed at Harris
During the same rally, Trump again attacked Harris, calling her "mentally disabled."
Kamala is mentally disabled (...) Joe Biden became mentally impaired. Kamala was born that way. [...] If you think about it, only a mentally disabled person could’ve allowed this to happen to our country, Trump thundered, in the context of illegal migration and securing the U.S. borders.
