After a series of tests and a lengthy wait for their results, combined with mounting difficulties in repatriating his body, Liam Payne was officially laid to rest only this week by his closest family and friends. The body of the 31-year-old singer was interred in a cemetery in Amersham.

Much has already been reported about the circumstances surrounding the artist's untimely death at a hotel in Buenos Aires. However, the editorial team at the Daily Mail has only now accessed shocking surveillance footage from the front desk.

The photo that spread across the internet on Saturday shows the singer being lifted by a group of men a few minutes before his fatal fall from the third floor of the building, approximately 10 metres. Two of them held him by the arms, while the third held him by the legs.

The portal TMZ also published a report about Liam Payne's "unpredictable behaviour" in the hotel lobby. According to the testimony of one of the employees, the 31-year-old smashed his laptop in a fit of rage.
