Sweet potato pancakes with plums. recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 large potatoes,
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of potato starch,
  • 1 egg,
  • 7 plums,
  • salt,
  • sugar,
  • cinnamon,
  • oil for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the pits from the plums, and then chop them finely.
  2. Grate the potatoes on a fine or medium grater, then squeeze the excess water.
  3. Mix the potatoes with potato starch, egg, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir the mixture until uniform. Finally, add the plums and gently stir again.
  4. Fry the potato pancakes in well-heated oil on both sides until they turn golden.
  5. Serve with sour cream.
