Stuffed mushrooms: Perfect for grilling, easy to prepare
Stuffed mushroom caps are a fantastic idea for dinner or a snack. They can be prepared in the oven or on the grill. The recipe is super simple, and the ingredient list is short. We guarantee that once you try them, you won't be able to stop eating.
A dish that we can easily prepare during a stay at the cottage or on a trip is mushrooms stuffed with meat. This option works perfectly outdoors, provided we have a grill. However, remember to grill the mushrooms on a tray and under a cover. This way, the mushrooms will have a chance to cook well, and their flavour will be even more intense.
If we don't have a grill with a lid, that's no problem. We can successfully use aluminium foil to cover the mushrooms. This simple solution will allow us to achieve a similar effect as using a grill with a lid.
