There were unusual scenes in London as horses were seen running through the city streets. The animals were spooked during cavalry exercises, and in their panic, they damaged property, including breaking the tour bus window. According to the police, the horses were eventually caught.

In the morning, a Household Cavalry exercise was underway in London, an event significant for its role in protecting the monarchy. During the exercise, as they exited the barracks in Hyde Park, a piece of concrete unexpectedly fell from a lift at a nearby construction site, hitting the ground with a loud noise.

A loud noise spooked five of the horses, prompting them to flee. One of these horses collided with a car, unseating its rider, and bloodied, continued its run.

The spooked animals roamed the streets of London for several hours. The Army and police officers were deployed to capture the animals while medical responders attended to people who were injured in the chaos.

Videos captured from different parts of the city, showing the bloodied horses, circulated on social media.

According to CNN, fleeing animals also cause significant damage. One horse crashed through the window of a double-decker tour bus and shattered the windows of a taxi parked in front of the Clermont Hotel on Buckingham Palace Road.

Two horses were apprehended on a highway near the Limehouse district. The remainder reached the Docklands, roughly 7 kilometres east of where they initially escaped.

A British Army representative has stated that the horses are now receiving care from a veterinarian.

Certainly, the residents of London and tourists will not forget this extraordinary day anytime soon.
