Spat at Fashion Week: Nicole Kidman's clash with Salma Hayek

The Autumn Fashion Week in Paris concluded almost a fortnight ago, yet behind-the-scenes event snippets are only now reaching the media. And, of course, it’s not about missed trends but tensions between the stars. After all, Fashion Week isn't just a fashion event but also a social one.

Salma Hayek and Nicole Kidman have recently come into the spotlight. In the past, both ladies have crossed paths many times at industry events. They even posed together for photos, which might have indicated they were on quite good terms. However, the cameras recorded a rather intense interaction between the actresses in Paris.

This took place during the Balenciaga show. It’s one of the celebrities' favourite brands, so a whole brigade of them shows up there. In the recording, which has already gone viral, we see Katy Perry, Salma Hayek, and Nicole Kidman. The ladies greet each other in front of photo reporters and are asked to pose together for photos.

Being in the limelight is part of a star's job. So Salma dutifully turned towards the photographers and touched Nicole, encouraging her to do the same. However, the Australian hastily removed her colleague's hand and walked away. She only managed to kiss Perry and say a few words to Hayek. Internet users claim she told her: "don't touch me."

After Nicole walked away, Salma and Katy posed together for joint photos. However, the Mexican's face showed a certain embarrassment and surprise at the situation that had just occurred. At the show, all three sat in the front row, not far from Anna Wintour. Hayek no longer paid attention to Kidman and commented on the show with Perry.
