What do we have in mind? Of course, baked chicken fillet. Chicken is very receptive to various combinations, and the oven can perfectly bind everything together. Our suggestion for today? First: chicken fillet. Second: tomatoes. And finally, third: mozzarella. Such a dish is the most straightforward meal in the world and distinctly Italian, especially when we decide to use spices characteristic of this country. Let's see what it looks like in practice!
Dinner idea: Baked chicken fillet
Ingredients:
- 2 double chicken breasts,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 1-2 balls of mozzarella,
- 8 cherry tomatoes,
- salt, pepper, basil.
How to prepare:
- Clean the chicken breasts and cut them in half. Please do not wash the meat; it might do more harm than good.
- Rub the meat with oil, pepper, salt, basil, and crushed garlic.
- Slice the mozzarella and cut the cherry tomatoes in halves. Arrange evenly on each piece of chicken. Transfer the meat to an ovenproof dish.
- Put the prepared fillet into an oven preheated to 190 degrees C. After about 30 minutes, your dinner will be ready. That means you have the right time to put some potatoes in and chop vegetables for a salad. Easy and quick, right? Good luck!
