Anton Heraszczenko, an advisor to the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, on his X platform profile (formerly Twitter), shares numerous updates about the war in Ukraine.

On Tuesday, he revealed that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a soldier tasked by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) with an attempt to poison the AFU command in Zaporizhzhia.

The investigation found that the soldier aimed to mix a toxic substance into the water at a bathhouse-laundry complex frequented by AFU commanders in Zaporizhzhia. Fortunately, he was caught in advance during the preparatory phase.

The coercion by the Russian Federation was confirmed; they kidnapped the man's parents who reside in an occupied area.

SBU neutralises threats with continued success

There have been occasions when Ukrainians have supported Vladimir Putin's army. In February, the TV Biełsat profile on the X platform documented a 45-year-old man who identified railway stations involved in transporting military equipment to the front line, recorded coordinates of Ukrainian weapon warehouses, and acquired details about locations of military hospitals treating SBU soldiers.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine, this intelligence was meant to aid the Russians in planning assaults against Ukrainian objectives.

Moreover, the security services recently apprehended an informant for the Russian special services, who was adjusting Russian air raids on vital infrastructure in Kharkiv and was in search of air defense information.
