Step-by-step preparation:

If you cooked the potatoes in their skins, peel them after they have cooled. Cut the bacon into small cubes, and chop the onion into smaller pieces. Also chop the chives and parsley and set aside for later.

- Season the potatoes with salt, freshly ground pepper, and your favourite spices – for example, a potato seasoning. Then add the thick cream, which will give the dish a creamy texture and slightly thicken it. Mix gently and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle the potatoes with fresh chives and parsley. These ingredients will add not only flavour but also a nice colourful accent.
