This is another attack on Biełgorod and the region, which occurred on Monday. Since March 12, partisans from the "Freedom of Russia" Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps have been regularly attacking the Kursk and Belgorod regions in Russia.

Alarm sirens in the region go off every few hours. Just today, in the partisans' attacks on the border areas, 5 people were killed, and several were injured. Authorities report damage to dozens of buildings and cars.

At 4:40 PM GMT, the "Freedom of Russia" Legion called on the residents of Biełgorod to immediately leave the city or go to a shelter.

"We strike at military targets, but due to the placement of enemy military facilities in the residential sector, civilians may suffer!" - reads the statement.

At 5:25 PM GMT, alarm sirens wailed in the city and its surroundings. Local media published numerous recordings of the explosions.

Just before 6 PM GMT, there were reports of a missile hitting the Energomasz facility. This Russian enterprise manufactures liquid-fuel rocket engines.

In the recordings published by the Astra channel, a hole in the roof can be seen. There was no explosion or significant damage in the facility itself. Employee evacuation was necessary.

Russian authorities reported that "8 air targets were shot down" over the region.

"Falling caused damage to the roofs of two industrial buildings and broke windows in one of the healthcare facility buildings. A passenger car was also damaged. Emergency services are on site" - wrote the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
