The Ukrainian air forces reported a combined drone and missile attack on Dnipro.

The public broadcaster Suspilne reported power outages in parts of the city, and the newspaper Dzerkalo Tyzhnia communicated that water supplies had also been cut.

The conflict in Ukraine has now lasted for 720 days. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky is said to be scheduling a trip to Paris and Berlin to appeal for aid for Ukraine in preparation for the Munich Security Conference due to take place this week, according to a Bloomberg report on Monday evening, which quoted sources close to the matter.

It is reported that Zelensky is planning a tour of the capitals of Western Europe in a bid to obtain military support. This comes after the U.S. Senate rejected a bill last Wednesday that would have combined funding for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan with immigration reforms.
