Last night, the Russians launched an attack on Ukraine using drones.

"The enemy attacked Ukraine with 132 Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicles and unidentified drones from the directions of Orel, Millerovo, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia," the Ukrainian Air Force reported in a message on Telegram.

It was added that about 40 drones lost communication as a result of electronic warfare measures.

Night drone attack

The Russians launched drones from the directions of Orel, Millerovo, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

"By 8:00 AM GMT, air defence shot down 88 enemy drones in the regions of Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Odessa. Forty-one UAVs fell, probably due to loss of communication and active anti-aircraft measures. One drone returned to Russia," the report said.

As a result of the Russian attack in several regions of Ukraine, infrastructure, cars, private houses, and blocks of flats were damaged, and aid is being provided to the victims, the media noted.
