Why am I so confident? Well, I don't know anyone who can resist roasted potatoes. And it just so happens that they are the secret ingredient in this incredible mix. Not only do they add extra flavour to the dish, but they also provide a pleasant crunch. Alongside potatoes, the colourful mix also includes green cucumber, red onion, and a creamy sauce based on natural yoghurt.

A tasty salad with crispy potatoes has become a hit in my home. It will be the same for you
Ingredients:
Roasted potatoes:
- 6 boiled potatoes,
- olive oil for drizzling,
- seasonings to taste: salt, pepper, and sweet paprika.
Other ingredients:
- 1/2 a green cucumber,
- 1 red onion,
- 1/3 bunch of fresh parsley,
- 6 tablespoons of natural yoghurt,
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 2 teaspoons of gourmet mustard,
- seasonings to taste: salt and pepper.
How to make it:
Step 1. I start working on the recipe by preparing the crispy potatoes. To do this, I first peel and cut the potatoes in half, then boil them in salted water until soft.
Step 2. After draining, I transfer the potatoes to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a regular glass, I then smash each potato into a flat cake. Of course, that's not all, as I lightly drizzle all the potatoes with olive oil and season to taste with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika.
In the end, I bake the potatoes in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Step 3. Meanwhile, I prepare the rest of the salad ingredients. I slice both the green cucumber and the red onion into thin slices. I also don't forget to finely chop the fresh parsley.
Step 4. When all the ingredients are ready, I set a large bowl on the kitchen counter. Then I combine in it: natural yoghurt, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Step 5. Shortly afterwards, the previously prepared ingredients such as: fresh parsley, red onion, and green cucumber also go in. Of course, I do not forget about the crispy potatoes from the oven.
Step 6. I thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl in the end. And that’s it, enjoy!
