The secret to success here is the preparation of homemade skewers featuring succulent salmon in a quick marinade. That’s not all the surprise because the skewers will also include peppers in 4 colours and a zesty lemon twist. When combined, these ingredients create an irresistible whole. Simply delicious!
Colourful salmon skewers will delight even the pickiest eater
Ingredients:
- 2 yellow bell peppers diced,
- 1 red bell pepper diced,
- 1 green bell pepper diced,
- 1 orange bell pepper diced,
- 2 lemons sliced into half-moons,
- about 300 grams of diced salmon,
- olive oil to taste,
- 1/2 bunch of parsley,
- seasonings: salt and pepper to taste.
How to prepare:
Step 1. I begin by preparing the colourful bell peppers. I remove the tops and seeds from all the vegetables and then cut them into smaller pieces. I also slice the lemons into half-moons.
Step 2. Next, I prepare the salmon. After cleaning and drying the fish, I dice it and place it in a bowl. Then, I add olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
I thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl to ensure the ingredients blend seamlessly.
Step 3. Once all the components are prepared, I thread them onto skewer sticks. I alternate between the different elements to create an interesting and colourful combination.
Step 4. The skewers then go onto the grill, cooking for approximately 10 minutes.
