Avocado oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which intensely moisturise the hair and protect it from damage. It also contains vitamins A, E, and D, aiding hair regeneration and preventing breakage. Due to oleic acid, avocado oil penetrates deep into the hair structure, providing essential nutrients.

How to use avocado oil on damaged ends

To fully exploit avocado oil's potential, it is advisable to apply it to damp hair right after washing. You can warm a small amount of oil in your hands and gently massage it into the ends. Leaving the oil on the hair for at least 30 minutes allows the nutrients to penetrate deeply. Regular avocado oil every one to two weeks yields the best results.

Benefits of using avocado oil

There are many benefits to using avocado oil for your hair:

  • Intensive hydration and nourishment of the ends, helping to prevent splitting,
  • Strengthening and rebuilding of the hair structure,
  • Imparting softness, shine, and a healthy appearance,
  • Protection from harmful external factors, such as UV radiation and pollution.

Homemade masks with avocado oil

Besides direct application, you can prepare homemade masks with avocado oil. A simple recipe involves mixing 1 tablespoon of avocado oil with an egg yolk and applying the mixture to the hair ends. After 30 minutes, the mask should be rinsed thoroughly. Regular use of such a mask significantly improves hair condition.
