Revealed: Trump's true complexion beneath the self-tanner veil
Audrey Lefevre, a French make-up artist who, in 2017, created the make-up for Donald Trump, has revealed what the President-elect looks like without it. She has explained the origin of his orange skin and distinctive red and white spots.
Audrey Lefevre disclosed that Donald Trump uses self-tanner to hide his naturally pale complexion and red spots on his face. In 2017, she was hired for three days to manage the Trump family's appearance. Before starting the job, she underwent a thorough background check by the Secret Service.
In an interview with the German newspaper "Bild," she admitted she was unaware of collaborating with the Trumps until she learned about the connections between Ivanka Trump, Donald and Ivana's daughter, and her company.
She shared that she discovered Ivanka had been collaborating with her company for a while and that many of the makeup tests she had conducted earlier were for the Trumps. She also learned that she had been labelled as stress-resistant.
The make-up artist revealed the secret of Donald Trump's make-up
The makeup artist emphasises that Trump's orange skin tone is the result of using self-tanner, not the work of professional makeup artists. Audrey Lefevre explains that the President-elect has very pale skin, almost like an albino, concealed by the self-tanner.
She clarified, speaking on behalf of her colleagues, that no professional make-up artist is responsible for his orange complexion, attributing it to self-tanner.
In addition to discussing make-up secrets, Lefevre also commented on Trump's hair. She assured that the president-elect's lush hairstyle is natural and nothing artificial. Every hair on Trump's head is his own.
After the inauguration, Lefevre continued to work for Ivanka Trump but eventually ended the collaboration. She has not disclosed whether she will work on Trump's next inauguration.
