Reinventing nostalgia: Homemade mortadella with pistachios

In the past, mortadella was often associated with low-quality cold cuts, typically served as a substitute for a cutlet at dinner. However, enthusiasts of Italian cuisine appreciate it as a delectable treat quite distinct from ham-like products. This recipe aims to connect these two perspectives, transforming mortadella into a delightful sandwich addition.
