After the safe landing, emergency services immediately boarded the plane to assist the injured.

"Upon landing, the aircraft was met by emergency services, including airport police and our fire and rescue department, due to six passengers and six crew (12 total) on board reporting injuries after the aircraft experienced turbulence while airborne over Turkey", said Dublin Airport.

In a statement, Dublin Airport informed that the Qatar Airways flight landed safely and on schedule shortly before 13:00 GMT on Sunday. Emergency services, including ambulances, were visible on the ground around the plane after landing in Ireland's capital.

Turbulence during meal service

Irish broadcaster RTE, citing passenger accounts, reported that the incident lasted only a few seconds and occurred during meal and drink service. Passengers described flying food and panic in the cabin but praised the stewards on board.

Unfortunately, this is not the only such case. Five days earlier, a Singapore Airlines plane flying from London to Singapore was forced to make an emergency landing in Bangkok due to severe turbulence. As a result, a 73-year-old Briton lost his life, and 20 people were injured and transported to the intensive care unit.
