The portal Belsat has reported the latest information concerning Vladimir Putin, based on the findings of French journalists. Interestingly, the information leak reportedly originated from a training app used by FSB officers. The bodyguards inadvertently revealed their location, and this occurred over several years.
Le Monde's analysis indicated that several of Putin's bodyguards were detected within a radius of 10 kilometres around the luxury residence of the Russian president in Gelendzhik in the Krasnodar region by the Black Sea. This property was exposed by the late oppositionist Alexei Navalny. The Kremlin has never confirmed that this building belongs to the president.
The palace is said to be a 16-storey bunker and occupy about 18,000 square metres. It is reported to include 11 bedrooms, fountains, pools, a special tunnel leading to the beach, a concert hall, a relaxation room, a wine cellar, a theatre, and a casino.
According to Le Monde, FSB officers were present near the palace between 19 August and 22 September each year. This occurred annually from 2019 to 2023. One bodyguard is said to have also been present this year for three days, directly at the residence.
Interestingly, data regarding other residences has also been leaked. Putin is reported to have a palace in Karelia near the border with Finland. An agent was conducting training sessions there as well. Another bodyguard, who accompanied the president to Jerusalem and Abu Dhabi, also trained in 2022.
In September 2023, another FSB officer left data. He was running in the city of Blagoveshchensk in eastern Russia a few days before Vladimir Putin met with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un at the nearby Vostochny Cosmodrome, according to Belsat.
