The exceptionally tense relationship between Prince Harry and Prince William has been a topic of discussion for quite some time. It has been rumoured that one reason for their longstanding feud is William's attitude towards the ex-royal's wife, Meghan Markle. There was even speculation at one point that William opposed their marriage and urged his brother to call off the wedding, which, as it turns out, was to no avail.

This time, he spoke in the series "Meghan & Harry: The Rise & Fall", a segment of which was published on the TikTok profile of the Australian media outlet Channel 10.
In a part of Harry's conversation with the journalist, he first addresses the relationship between him and Meghan and William and Kate, which does not meet his expectations. As he claims, he always hoped they could reconcile. Unfortunately, reality quickly set in.
I thought the four of us would bring me and William closer together. We could go out and do work together - Harry admitted. I always hoped that the four of us would get on, but very quickly it became Meghan versus Kate.
Then, the journalist directly asked if William tried to dissuade him from marrying Meghan. He nodded, thus confirming the rumours that have been circulating for years.
