  • 2.5 kg of firm pears,
  • 1.2 litres of water,
  • 225 grams of sugar,
  • 175 ml of 10% distilled vinegar,
  • 1 tablespoon of cloves,
  • 1 cinnamon stick.

  6. Sealing the jars: Seal the jars tightly and set them upside down to cool.
