The health benefits of drinking coffee have been a topic of discussion for a long time, emphasizing its positive impact on health. However, coffee also has its darker side, usually caused by using unhealthy and poorly chosen additives, which can harm its reputation. However, we have a solution to such problems. Just replace unhealthy additives with those that further enrich the healthy character of our morning and every other coffee.

The culture of drinking coffee in America has always been characterized by creativity. This led to the trend of so-called bulletproof coffee—a bulletproof coffee that has sparked quite a bit of debate among our nutrition experts. It is made by combining coffee and fat, usually butter. The answer to this high-calorie drink is Oleato. According to many, this coffee is a better alternative to bulletproof coffee. What can we gain by drinking it?

Coffee with Olive Oil

Introducing olive oil—the key element of Oleato coffee—into the coffee imparts new, more impressive health-supporting properties. It beneficially influences the functioning of the heart and brain, lowers bad cholesterol, and regulates blood pressure. Thanks to Oleato coffee, our body gets a solid dose of antioxidants, and the olive oil provides vitamin E and is a rich source of healthy fats.

To prepare Oleato coffee, a teaspoon of olive oil per cup of coffee is needed. Specialists suggest that consuming 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil daily is healthy, and Oleato offers a clever way to incorporate this valuable substance into the diet.

However, it's better to drink Oleato coffee at home

Oleato, coffee with Sicilian olive oil, debuted in 2023 at Starbucks in Milan. The creators announced that its introduction to the menu would change the perception of coffee for many of its enthusiasts and quickly become popular. However, that did not quite happen. Unfortunately, these announcements were verified by customer opinions on the internet. Many of them mentioned the quite strong laxative effect of this coffee. American Starbucks customers especially complained about this.
