The officers specified that it involves a "sexual act without intercourse". The victim "was unable to resist this act".

- The police compiled a report based on the information that emerged during the ongoing investigation. The prosecution decided to investigate the case on 6 November 2024, - informed prosecutor Andreas Kruszewski from the Oslo police district.

Borg Høiby had previously been detained on 4 August, in connection with an incident involving his partner. At night, the 27-year-old assaulted her and caused bodily harm.

Norwegian media revealed that in the Oslo apartment where these scenes of violence took place, the police discovered a knife stabbed into one of the bedroom walls. The man was then detained by the police once more for violating a court order.

According to "Dagbladet", there are currently five victims in the criminal cases against Høiby. In addition to his former girlfriend, there are also other individuals.

The charges in the case concerning the former partner include bodily harm and abuse of a person in a close relationship, as well as violating a restraining order and a contact prohibition with the victim. Høiby admitted to committing violence and causing harm while under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.

Other former partners - Juliane Snekkestad and Nora Haukland - also accuse the Norwegian of aggression and physical and mental violence. Høiby is also charged with threatening to kill a 20-year-old in a message on Instagram. Now, an alleged rape has been added to his list of legal problems.

Borg Høiby is the son of Princess Mette-Marit, born before her 2001 marriage to Norway's heir to the throne, Prince Haakon. He and his half-siblings - 20-year-old Princess Ingrid Alexandra and 18-year-old Prince Sverre Magnus, were raised together by Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Prince Haakon. Unlike his half-brother and sister, the 27-year-old holds no official public position.
