Medvedev's provocative rhetoric: A threat to Ukrainian sovereignty
Dmitry Medvedev has once again made absurd claims about Ukraine. The former president of Russia warned Kyiv about the supposed consequences of continuing resistance against Putin's forces. He stated that "Ukraine must choose Russia or disappear from the map of the world."
Many of the reports provided by Russian media and government representatives are likely not true. Such reports may be part of an information war by the Russian Federation.
In a recent interview, Medvedev reiterated the lies of Russian propaganda. He stated that "Ukraine and Ukrainians have never existed as a separate nation."

- Today, Ukraine faces a choice: to be with Russia or disappear entirely from the map of the world. At the same time, Ukrainians do not need to sacrifice either soul or body for their freedom. They should quiet their pride in being different, not oppose the pan-Russian project, and dispel the demons of political Ukrainianism - said Medvedev in a propagandist monologue.
He threatened that if Ukraine continues its "aggressive, Russophobic course, it will disappear from the map of the world."
This is yet another propagandist statement by Medvedev. The former Russian president has repeatedly used deceit in the past to intimidate Ukrainians.
