On Friday evening at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow, a terrorist attack occurred. The building was filled with hundreds of people who came for a concert by the band Piknik. The attackers opened fire with automatic weapons and then set the hall on fire.

As a result of the attack, over 130 people were killed, and many others were injured. Authorities believe the casualty count may change. The Islamic State in Khorasan Province has claimed responsibility for the attack. Channels associated with the organization published videos of the attack filmed by the attackers. Russian services detained four terrorists and several people connected with the attack.

Medvedev: we will avenge everyone

Dmitry Medvedev, former president and now vice-chairman of the Security Council, commented on the attack. In his post on Telegram, he added a song by the band Piknik, which was supposed to be performed at the destroyed hall.

"The Kingdom of Heaven to all innocently killed" - wrote Medvedev.

"We will avenge everyone. All those involved, regardless of their country of origin and status, are now our main target" - he added. "Wait, you scoundrels" - he emphasized.
