The echoes of the premature death of Liam Payne still linger. Late last week, the results of the artist's autopsy were revealed, and now information has reached the media about what the toxicology tests showed.

It turns out that a range of psychoactive substances were found in Liam Payne's body.

A partial autopsy showed that Payne had in his system, among others, cocaine, crack, and benzodiazepine, which is a type of tranquiliser, when he fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 16th October - reads an article on "Page Six," which cites ABC News.

The musician's body also contained "pink cocaine" - a drug that is typically a mix of methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA.

Additionally, in the hotel room where the 31-year-old stayed before his death, a makeshift aluminium pipe was found, which he used to take drugs.

"Page Six" reports that the pop star's body will remain in Argentina until the full autopsy is completed.
