Ingredients:
- Approximately 250 grams of fresh lavender flowers,
- Approximately 450 grams of sugar,
- Approximately 473 millilitres of water,
Preparation method:
- Thoroughly wash and dry the lavender flowers.
- Place the lavender flowers, sugar, and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.
- Strain the syrup through a sieve to remove the lavender flowers.
- Pour the syrup into sterilized bottles and seal tightly.
Coffee with lavender syrup
