The report published by Radar Online suggests that the King's condition is more serious than it might seem. Charles was told he only has two years to live.

Despite his illness, the King continues to fulfil his duties, but his appearances are significantly shorter. The media have also noted a change in his mode of transport. Charles increasingly uses a helicopter, which may indicate a significant deterioration in his health.

A few days after Charles ascended to the throne, Buckingham Palace began preparations for Operation Menai Bridge. This is a detailed plan for handling the King’s death. A similar situation occurred in the case of Queen Elizabeth II (Operation London Bridge) and Prince Philip (Forth Bridge).

According to Radar Online, in light of the current health situation, representatives of the monarchy have updated the details of the plan, adding to the anxiety among Britons.

King Charles is the third member of the royal family to have been diagnosed with cancer. This year, Duchess Kate and Sarah Ferguson were also diagnosed with the disease. The former wife of Prince Andrew is fighting melanoma, a malignant skin cancer.
